About My Clients
I love working with clients that are teenagers, college students, single adults, and clients that need support with family conflict, anxiety, depression, and difficult life changes. The main thing is to work with clients that are open to different therapy recommendations and interventions also wanting to make some changes in their life because small changes can lead to big changes.
My Background and Approach
Hello I hope all is well but if not I'm definitely here to lend my services to help. My name is Christian I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is very important component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I love to assess what is helping and not helping my clients, then find unique clinical interventions that make real positive change. Small positive changes can lead to big changes. I'm an eclectic when it comes to using different therapy modalities. I like to use therapeutic games at times to foster a safe place for my clients to talk about the root of the issues at hand.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are centered around helping people growing in their own spiritual journey. I also have an interest in social issues inflation has been challenging for a lot of people to navigate as well as a lot of problems teenagers are experiencing. I like to speak about these issues in social media and receive trainings around social issues that affect people from the economy to issues around race.
