My Background and Approach
I recognize the duality of life and that it is equality important to mend past wounds as it is to nurture present joy and victories. Through my experience and training, I approach healing from a holistic perspective and I utilize a variety of interventions including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, trauma sensitive yoga, CRM, IFS, Sound therapy and mindfulness. My approach can offer the client the ability to both widen their toolbelt of regulation practices as well as renegotiate trauma and patterns held in the body. While I have specialized training, I have found that one of the most powerful tools in the healing process is the relationship between client and therapist.
