My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are just trying to get through the challenges of life. There is no guidebook that tells us the right direction to turn, we just try to figure it out. Sometimes, we take a direction with an unwanted outcome that creates distress. I am here to help you navigate life without judgement. I think partnering with you, bringing acceptance, grace, and accountability are ways to find a connection to work through the distressing situation.
