About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across all stages of life who want to feel better, function better, and be understood without judgment. Clients come to me for anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions—and leave with more clarity, structure, and momentum. In-person sessions are in a private, rustic cottage setting, or outdoors on secluded property with walking trails, river access, and animal-assisted therapy with certified therapy dogs.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, grounded, and practical, and I use humor when appropriate to support connection and coping. I take an active, whole-person approach to mental health. I also integrate lifestyle and wellness factors when relevant, and have begun leaning into the healing powers of peptides. I collaborate with my clients together where we focus on insight and self-awareness and build toward real, lasting change.
