About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but internally feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from constantly trying to meet expectations. Many clients struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, anxiety, relationship stress, or feeling like they’ve lost touch with themselves. Together, we create a supportive space to build emotional balance, self-awareness, and healthier, more sustainable ways of coping.
My Background and Approach
My approach combines talk therapy and art therapy to help clients explore emotions, relationship patterns, anxiety, and inner narratives that may feel difficult to express with words alone. You do not need to be artistic to benefit from art therapy — creative expression simply offers another path toward insight, emotional processing, and healing. I take a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach focused on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical coping tools for everyday life. Therapy with me goes beyond surface-level coping and focuses on creating meaningful, lasting change that feels authentic and emotionally sustainable. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship stress, and burnout. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, connected to themselves, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up fully as yourself without fear of judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” Many people spend so much time meeting expectations or caring for others that they lose connection with their own needs, emotions, and identity. I value authenticity, emotional honesty, creativity, and self-compassion, and I believe healing often begins when people feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I also believe growth is not about perfection — it’s about developing greater awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions while also building hope, confidence, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
