About My Clients
I firmly believe you are the expert on you. I just happen to have some skills that may make the journey smoother. If you're struggling with grief and loss (including anticipatory grief), various life transitions, stress management, relationship stress, or other issues common to women I'd love to meet you and help you make a plan for change. My Background and Approach
I have been a licensed therapist in the state of Florida since 2016 and have been providing therapy to women of various ages since 2012. I have a variety of experiences working with individuals of all ages and helping them to resolve barriers to living what they would consider a fulfilling life. I am a certified grief counseling specialist and a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional. I believe that you are the expert on you and I am simply there to help along the way. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach and believe that reframing our thoughts and changing perspectives are often the key to living a more fulfilling life. Through our work together you will learn how to better regulate and cope with intense or unpleasant emotions through education on how the brain and these emotions work together and impact behaviors. With the tools you'll learn, you'll be better prepared to manage your emotions on unassisted in the future.

I believe that people are doing the best they can with what they have at any given moment and that should people feel the need to change, they possess the capacity to do so.
