I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and questions around faith, spirituality, and sexual identity. I offer an affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware yet still feel stuck. Together, we move beyond insight alone, helping you experience meaningful change that connects head, heart, and body.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy in a collaborative, compassionate way. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and practical support. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns rooted in past experiences while also building tools you can use in everyday moments. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, body awareness, and trauma-informed practices to help you understand not just your thoughts, but what’s happening in your nervous system. Our work may include learning how to calm anxiety in the moment, process painful memories safely, strengthen boundaries, and respond differently to old triggers. I value authenticity, warmth, and honest conversation. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to your whole self.

I believe that people have the desire to be the best version of themselves and that all people have the ability to change. I believe you are the expert of your experiences, and I seek to honor your individual story. My goal is to create a safe, therapeutic environment that fosters empowerment for you to become more aligned with who you really want to be, your most authentic self. I will listen fully, empathetically, and without judgment to your story. I view therapy as a tool to empower you to make positive changes and move toward the direction of your goals
