I am polyamorous and have surrounded myself with like-minded people who believe love is infinite. I am well aware of the intricacies this lifestyle poses and am honored to hold space for those who are navigating this alternative lifestyle.

My background in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness has provided me with a toolkit to help calm the nervous system. It is my goal to help clients feel safe in their bodies and minds. From this place of safety, we can flourish.

I am, at my core, a non-denominational spiritual counselor. Whatever your belief system is, we can harness it to create meaning in your life. Ritual doesn't have to be dogmatic, scary, or even take itself too seriously. A ritual is simply a repetitious act created with a specific intention in mind. I help clients create rituals to bring them closer to spirit, moving them through guided visualization, movement practices & mindfulness to help them reach their goals.

Within my practice, I integrate elements from different schools of therapy depending on the needs of the client. For negative thought patterns, CBT is incredibly useful. For maladaptive behavior or thoughts, Parts Work can be wonderfully enlightening. I will always bring mindfulness into our sessions to help calm the mind but for some, trauma lives in the body which is where more somatic approaches like yoga, tapping, shaking, or EMDR come into play. I'm here to find what's right for you.

I am certified in EMDR by Humanitarian Assistance Programs (HAP). This is a somatic tool used to help those struggling with trauma and help to process their past so that it doesn't negatively affect their future. I help clients get clear on their goal, then from that goal create a treatment plan to process any traumatic memories that may be in the way of that goal. Using bilateral stimulation (eye movement or tapping), the client stays in the present moment while processing the past.

In coaching I help clients get clear on their goals, then create a wellness program to move them towards those goals. We meet once a week to discuss coping skills, explore their relationship to self and the way they interact with the world, and discuss ways we can transform maladaptive thoughts and behavior, learn from them, and move closer to their ideal self. I then offer yoga, meditation, and rituals to practice throughout the week to help integrate these lessons into their life.
