About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who is ready to make changes so that they can have a more fulfilling life. Maybe you need someone to vent to, to listen without judgment, to help you figure out what you should do in a difficult situation, to help you navigate your career or relationship. Perhaps you're a mom struggling with the work/life balance or the never ending mom guilt. Maybe you are a man struggling with anger management, understanding why you react in certain ways. My Background and Approach
My personality and approach is person centered and based on authenticity. Sessions with me are structured based on what each client needs. I take the time to learn your story, find out what is important to you and what you are seeking out of therapy. My sessions usually include laughter (when appropriate) and I will always be my authentic self.

My work as a therapist provides meaning to my life. I recognize the impact our culture and background has in making us who we are. I want to learn your story so I can find the ways to best meet your needs. My goal is to provide active listening, support and strategies. This is a judgment free zone- I am not perfect and I don't expect you to be either.
