I am a board-certified, licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive talk therapy, combined with thoughtful, individualized medication management. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping clients gain insight, build effective coping skills, and feel more empowered in their mental health journey.
