I like to help others with the challenges of daily living. I help people discover and change their behavior patterns. People aren't broken, they are doing, perfectly, something they would like to change. I like helping people grow and change and become the person they want to be. I have degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I have been helping people find relief from fear, pain, and discomfort for more than 20 years.

I am direct and solution focused. My work is focused on helping you feel better now, and feel and do better in your daily life. I have developed many tools and techniques that will help you immediately, while we work to resolve the primary issue that is causing you distress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are multifaceted, flexible, and resilient. I don’t believe there is any such thing as a broken person; only someone who is doing, perfectly, something that they would like to not be doing. We can change that. Mental health issue are usually just habits and patterns that we developed at some point in our lives, that served a positive purpose at that time; but now are either unnecessary or out of control. We can change that. I believe our journey is one of our own making and choosing. We can make changes in our lives, our thinking and feeling, quickly and easily. We are meaning making machines, and sometimes we just need permission to be who and what we are, or who and what we would choose to be.
