About My Clients
I am a psychotherapist and I specialise in EMDR, anxiety, depression, and working affirmatively with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am also author of Beyond the Blue, a survival guide for depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means that I will work with you to find the right approach. In my work I commonly use Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active LGBTQ+ advocate; I have sat on panel discussions as the LGBTQ+ mental health expert, and I am currently writing a book about the male identity, sexuality, gender and ethnicity.
