About My Clients
Are you feeling tired and lonely? Worried about what other people think about you? If you would like to just be yourself without the fear of rejection, then you are in the right place. Whether it is your body size, your sexual preference, gender identity or any otherism that makes you feel like you don't fit in, it is possible to accept yourself just the way you are and experience the freedom from anxiety. I know what it's like and provide a judgement free space to find peace in yourself.
My Background and Approach
I know what it’s like to grow up in a family, school, community and society and not fit in. We all are born as lovable and acceptable regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion or type of body we exist in. When we are not allowed to be ourselves, bullied for it, hated for it and shamed we internalize it and struggle to love ourselves. If you are tired of bending over backwards to please others and fit in I am here to help you show your true colors and learn to love yourself just the way you are. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to share your feelings and will give you the tools you need to cope with our world. I see people both virtually and in-person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that most people try to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Sometimes life makes it harder for some of us to be our true selves. As a child I was always the biggest girl in my class and felt like I stuck out like a sore thumb. I also felt like I was different from my peers and that I couldn't just be myself without getting my feelings hurt. I tried hard to be who I thought everyone wanted me to be. Eventually I became depressed because it is exhausting to not be yourself. Once I learned that who I truly am was completely acceptable and loveable, I was able to live my life to the fullest. It has been my life's work to support others in doing the same.
