Many clients benefit from practical practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle yoga-based movement that can be used both during and between sessions. These tools are simple to implement yet powerful in helping reduce anxiety and increase your sense of control and calm. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up I struggled to open up to others about my concerns and never had someone who I felt comfortable with to talk too. I have learned the importance for everyone to have a trusted person in their life they can talk to who truly listens and validates their feelings. This can be a release valve for difficult emotions and help build a therapeutic relationship. I believe in offering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can be their authentic selves and share their concerns comfortably. I have learned how to better deal with my anxiety through my own therapy and lifestyle changes. My hope for you is that you can find the skills to better manage it and help yourself find the relief you deserve. My style is a mix of honesty, genuineness and compassion. I also am transparent and will use gentle confrontation when needed. Through a holistic perspective, I can help you discover simple lifestyle changes that can make a huge difference in how you feel each and every day.
