About My Clients
I work best with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, particularly those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Many of my clients are balancing work, relationships, and personal growth while trying to make sense of patterns that no longer serve them. I provide virtual therapy for individuals who want a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
