It’s tough when life feels overwhelming and sometimes we just need someone to help us sort through it all. I specialize in supporting people just like you through their struggles and life changes—whether it’s adjusting to a new chapter in life, dealing with conflict, finding themselves or managing stress.
My Background and Approach
I use a blend of different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), to find what works best for you. Whether you’re in your late teens, an adult, or a senior, we can work together in person or through telehealth to fit your schedule. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. We’ll build a strong, trusting rapport based on empathy, honesty, and humor. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in creating a life you feel proud of and help you see yourself as the main character of your own story.
