I work with clients ages 13 and up, and have a passion for helping young adults adjust to difficult transitional periods. I support clients through anxiety related to identity development, relationships, low self-esteem, and uncertainty about the future.

I support clients in working through the emotional impact of issues like trauma, self-esteem, peer relationships, and stress. I’ve found that Emotionally Focused Therapy can support emotional resilience, which is helpful when navigating identity development and processing grief.

I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the recovery process. Having received counseling myself, I understand how important it is to feel safe and respected when you’re opening up. I work to create a supportive space where clients feel truly heard as they navigate identity, emotions, and the often overwhelming transitions life brings.

My approach includes offering concrete strategies that help clients identify patterns, develop coping skills, and take steps toward emotional recovery.
