I'm inspired to work with men who are trying to learn how to embody healthy masculinity. This can look so many different ways but I can help give support to process the challenges that arise in our culture around men finding themselves in a healthy, balanced way.

I enjoy working with people who are seeking therapy not just to alleviate symptoms, but grow as a person and become the best version of themselves that they can. This can be mentally but also physically and spiritually. Growing to be better with one's self, in relationships, with family or coworkers and learn more about who they really are at their best.

In my opinion, spiritual growth becomes harder to define the longer someone is on a spiritual path. I don't profess to have any profound spiritual insight but I have come to find confidence in my own path to discover wisdom that can help guide someone on their own spiritual journey.

For me, a holistic approach is taking into consideration all factors of a person's life. With this in mind, we may end up talking about things like diet, exercise, sleeping patterns or societal influences to work through challenges.

This is a classic perspectice founded by Carl Rogers who believed that people have an inherent ability to grow and heal when they are in ideal circumstances. This perspective encourages therapists to be genuine, empathetic and caring toward their patients and to not come from a place of authority on who they are or what they should be feeling.

ACT is a mindfulness-based approach which works on defining personal values and using mindfulness in day to day actions to live a more fulfilling life.
