About My Clients
I work with adults facing anxiety, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, and questions about who they are or where life is headed. I also support people navigating addiction and recovery, including those close to them. Men, veterans, first responders, and LGBTQIA+ clients are welcome. You do not need to have the right words before reaching out. We can start with what is happening now and work toward a clearer way forward.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut. My experience includes addiction treatment, recovery, and individual therapy with adults facing anxiety, grief, anger, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions. My approach is direct, collaborative, and curious. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapy to understand both what is happening now and the patterns that keep showing up. We can make room for hard truths without judgment, then decide what to do with them. I offer online therapy throughout Connecticut. You do not need to arrive with a polished explanation of the problem. We can begin where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve honesty, respect, and room to be fully themselves. I’m committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink affirming care and to supporting people in consensually nonmonogamous relationships without treating their identities or relationship structures as problems. We can talk openly about what matters to you, without judgment or assumptions. I value work that is grounded, thoughtful, and useful in real life.
