About My Clients
Ashley works with adults, teens, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating difficult life transitions. Many of her clients are coping with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional burnout. They are often seeking a supportive space to feel understood, develop practical tools, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
My Background and Approach
Ashley’s work is grounded in trauma informed and evidence based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, TF CBT, and EMDR. She understands how trauma and chronic stress impact the nervous system, relationships, and daily functioning, and she works collaboratively with clients to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools for everyday life. Her therapeutic style is supportive, structured, and relational, creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their care. Ashley has experience across community mental health, nonprofit, and state funded settings, which allows her to approach therapy with both clinical depth and real world understanding. Ashley offers secure telehealth therapy to clients across California and is committed to providing consistent, ethical, and compassionate care that supports meaningful and lasting change.
