My experience includes trauma/crisis (including sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and posttraumatic stress disorder, suicidology) as well as counseling for veterans per an acquired military specialization. Additionally, I have experience providing individual and group counseling.

My approach is empathic yet purpose-driven. I customize services for each individual's presenting issue using various theoretical disciplines, psychoeducation, and therapeutic intervention strategies to help them get back on track.
