About My Clients
If you are a human navigating life, you're a great candidate for therapy. I provide an inclusive practice but have special training around grief, loss, LGBTQIA issues, attachment issues, anxiety and depression.
My Background and Approach
Healing happens in the context of connection. My role is to create a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported as your whole self. I take the time to genuinely understand who you are, not just your symptoms or struggles, but your values, identity, and lived experience. I utilize a person centered, mindfulness informed, attachment lens in my clinical work. You are the expert of your own life, we take that expertise and find tools that work for you. I have diverse clinical experiences and believe in the power of education. Along with my clinical practice, I teach in multiple graduate psychology programs across California, assisting my budding therapist peers in finding their own clinical strengths to help others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone deserves to thrive as the most authentic version of themselves, which sometimes takes introspection and processing to find. I am LGBTQIA allied, trained with the Los Angeles Gender Center, and work with pride clinics to provide gender affirming care.
