About My Clients
Helping Kids Feel Seen, Heard & Safe—Exactly as They Are. Watching your child struggle—whether with anxiety, emotional outbursts, identity questions, or feeling misunderstood—can be incredibly painful. You're not alone, and your child doesn't have to navigate this alone either. I specialize in working with children who are neurodivergent (including autism and ADHD), LGBTQ+, and those experiencing life stressors like divorce, loss, or school difficulties. My approach meets kids where they are.
My Background and Approach
In my work, play is not just a tool—it's a language. I use Synergetic Play Therapy and art therapy to support children in expressing emotions, building self-regulation, improving relationships, and making sense of their world. These approaches are brain-based, relational, and rooted in nervous system awareness, helping children feel safe and heard. I understand the importance of working with the whole child—not just the behavior—and honoring their unique identities and needs. Whether your child is exploring gender identity, coping with anxiety, or having difficulty at school or at home, my goal is to create a space where they feel safe to be fully themselves.
