We begin by defining what is most important to you. Using your goals as our guide, I ask questions to best understand how events from the past have led you and your family to where you are today. My approach is fluid. As I learn more about you I am able to give feedback that resonates. You will begin to see your family- or child’s obstacles in a new light. With perspective, everything shifts. Old problems make sense when viewed in a broader context. Unmanageable feelings can be acknowledged, understood and released. Harsh thoughts can be replaced by those that actually propel you forward. I help your child make sense of the big things going on in their life so they feel more in charge of their emotions and behavior. You can parent in a way that brings deep connection back into your relationship with your child.
