About My Clients
To everyone else, you look capable, driven, and completely put together. But behind the perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning is a nervous system that has been running in survival mode for far too long. Even when you're exhausted, slowing down to relax feels stressful, leaving you swinging between overdrive and total shutdown. The result is often abandoning your own feelings, wants, and needs.
My Background and Approach
I work with high-achieving adults who learned early on that being productive, agreeable, or self-reliant was the best way to feel safe. As a published author in the neuroscience of executive functioning and trauma, I pair practical strategies with relational therapy to take the guesswork out of why you feel stuck or exhausted. Whether your anxiety stems from childhood trauma, neurodivergence, or the pressure to hold everything alone, you don't have to stay in survival mode. Together, we build real inner regulation so you can quiet the inner critic, reconnect with yourself, and feel more at ease in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe true healing happens when every part of you feels safe to take up space. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the exhaustion of masking and shrinking yourself to belong. In my practice, you will never have to explain, defend, or filter who you are. Together, we create a space where you can set down the burden of constant performance and reconnect with your authentic self.
