The stories we tell ourselves largely impact how we perceive, react, and connect to others and the world around us. In our work, we will explore, identify, and get to know these internalized stories and determine if they are truthful and productive. We will work together in developing new stories that will assist you in your healing journey.

I believe that our first relationship in life with our primary caregiver determines the way we relate to others and the world. Looking through this lens can inform us about ourselves and guide us to developing meaningful and fulfilling relationships with others and the world around us in a new way.

I use ACT interventions in my practice to set achievable goals and achieve their desired results based on a client's values. I use the ACT model to help clients develop a relationship with their struggles through the lens of acceptance and compassion, rather than "cure" or rejection.
