About My Clients
I help high-achieving women heal after painful breakups, toxic relationships, or patterns of self-abandonment. You might look strong on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, or questioning your worth. Through EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS, we’ll gently untangle the root wounds and help you reconnect with your body, boundaries, and a deeper sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I’m Chloe Bean, LMFT, a Los Angeles-based somatic trauma therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma recovery, breakup healing, toxic relationships, burnout, and disordered eating/body image issues. Trained in Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I integrate these evidence-based approaches to help high-functioning women heal deep nervous system dysregulation and unresolved trauma beyond talk therapy. My work supports clients in calming anxiety, releasing trauma stuck in the body, transforming self-critical parts, and building healthy boundaries. Whether you’re navigating breakup recovery, complex PTSD, or struggling with perfectionism and disordered eating patterns, I create a warm, safe space for lasting healing and reconnection to your true self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate space where high-functioning women—especially those navigating anxiety, trauma, and breakup recovery—can feel truly seen and supported. As an advocate for mental health awareness, trauma-informed care, and body positivity, I honor all identities including LGBTQ+ and survivors of abuse. I believe healing is a courageous journey of reconnecting with your body, boundaries, and inner wisdom. I actively support organizations focused on trauma recovery and women’s empowerment and prioritize cultural humility in my work. Through my social platforms, I share educational content about somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion to help women build resilience and reclaim their power.
