About My Clients
I specialize in trauma, ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety and disordered eating. I also work with concerns related to self-criticism, body image, attachment, and identity exploration. I get excited about helping people make sense of their past and move forward in a healthy way. I’m really passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals who were diagnosed later in life and are looking for ways to learn about or cope with their diagnosis.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy and pull from therapeutic approaches such as IFS (parts work), Attachment Theory, ACT, Mindful Self-Compassion, Polyvagal, DBT and Feminist theory. I also use EMDR to help people find healing from trauma. At its core, my approach to therapy emphasizes compassion, warmth, curiosity, and the therapeutic relationship above all else. It’s very important to me that clients leave sessions feeling genuinely heard and supported.
