I have vast experience working with Individuals with low self-esteem, social anxiety, sexual abuse, addictions, domestic violence and issues concerning sexual orientation. She also has a passion for working with the family system and those experiencing relationship issues therein. Ms. Henry enjoys working with couples dealing with affair recovery, communication issues, and pre-marital counseling. I view myself as a Solution Focused facilitator, utilizing Narrative and Trans-Generational therapies also. My philosophy is to connect the disconnected individual with experiencing fulfillment by facilitating the better inside you to show and live your happy life on the outside. You deserve everything that you have always wanted and together we will work to get you there. I am a charismatic and confident British native with a cultural background of Jamaican and Cuban descent. I believe that all the parts of you that you don't understand, can be transformed positively and resiliently.

I am ready to help you get on track and work towards the peace of mind and freedom you have always deserved, but never thought you could have. I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. No one person is an island. Sometimes the most conflict we have is within ourselves.
