About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, or substance use. Perhaps you’ve been struggling for a while or are reaching out for help for the first time. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward lasting emotional wellness.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. I provide both psychotherapy and medication management using an evidence-based, collaborative approach. I believe healing begins with feeling heard and understood, so I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly share your concerns. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking therapy, medication, or both, my goal is to help you build resilience, improve your mental well-being, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care regardless of their background, culture, or life experiences. I strive to provide care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and free of judgment, where every client feels heard, valued, and supported. I view mental health as an essential part of overall well-being and believe healing looks different for everyone. My goal is to meet you where you are, celebrate your strengths, and help you navigate life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based care. As someone who values lifelong learning and service, I am committed to staying current with best practices while advocating for greater access to mental health care in underserved communities. Whether you’re facing a difficult season or working toward long-term personal growth, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
