About My Clients
I support adults and older teens navigating trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, and depression. My clients often seek a safe, steady space to process difficult experiences, understand their emotions, and rebuild confidence. I work well with individuals who value collaboration, compassion, and a strengths‑based approach to healing.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LMSW and MBA practicing in Texas, offering person‑centered, strengths‑based, trauma‑informed care and CBT. My work focuses on trauma related to domestic violence, sexual assault recovery, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Victim Advocacy Certificate from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and bring experience supporting clients through both acute and long‑term healing. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that support meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Chicago native and the oldest of five, shaped by community, resilience, and connection. I value creating spaces where people feel safe, respected, and able to show up as their full selves. I’m passionate about trauma recovery, advocacy, and supporting survivors. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with loved ones, watching reality TV, and attending cultural festivals. These experiences keep me grounded and help me show up with authenticity and compassion.
