My Background and Approach
I offer integrative therapy for individuals and relationships, drawing from Polyvagal Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Systemic Sex Therapy, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. My therapy style blends compassion, directness, and appropriate humor to create a safe, trauma-responsive, and culturally attuned space. I honor the complex ways our stories and identities intersect and work alongside you to explore what healing, pleasure, and resilience look like—on your terms—so you can feel more grounded in your body, your desires, and your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and self-discovery are inherently political acts. As a therapist, I’m committed to challenging oppressive systems and fostering a more just, inclusive world. My work is informed by anti-racist, sex-positive, queer, and feminist frameworks that honor the complexity of each person’s experience. Outside the therapy room, I’m active in community advocacy and social justice work—and I believe therapy should be a space for growth, curiosity, and possibility, where you feel empowered to explore what healing, pleasure, and authenticity mean to you.
