About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, PTSD, sleep disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders etc. My ideal patient is someone who is open to receiving hoolistic care and willing to actively participate in their treatment. My approach typically involves a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications and patient education.
My Background and Approach
I offer a range of evidence-based therapies and interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), medication management etc. I take into consideration any comorbid medical conditions that the patient may have as well as their social and environmental factors. I prioritize the individual needs of each patient by offering personalized treatment plans. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I take the time to assess and understand the specific challenges and goals of each patient. Additionally, I maintain open and regular communication with my patients, encouraging them to actively participate in their treatment process. This allows for ongoing feedback and adjustments to ensure that the treatment plan remains effective and aligned with the patient's evolving needs.
