Supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults in developing authentic communication, emotional regulation, and social success.

About My Clients

I work with neurodivergent teens and young adults who struggle with communication in real-life settings — from starting conversations and building friendships to navigating jobs, dating, and independence. Many of my clients have ADHD, autism, or social anxiety, and benefit from coaching that’s affirming, structured, and flexible. Sessions are designed to help them grow confidence, self-awareness, and connection.

My Background and Approach

I received my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from San José State University and have years of experience supporting middle school, high school, and college-age students in both school and clinical settings. My approach blends evidence-based social communication frameworks with practical coaching for real-world application. I emphasize neuroaffirming, client-centered care — meaning sessions are tailored to each individual’s strengths, goals, and environment. Therapy with me often includes role-play, self-reflection, and guided problem-solving to make communication growth natural and sustainable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel confident expressing who they are. My practice is guided by empathy, inclusivity, and a deep respect for neurodiversity. I strive to create a judgment-free environment that values authenticity over perfection. I’m passionate about helping clients find their voice, build healthy connections, and navigate social and emotional growth with self-compassion.
