About My Clients

Life transitions can feel overwhelming at any stage, and it’s completely normal to experience uncertainty or unwelcome thoughts along the way. I see counseling as a supportive journey, where I walk beside you to help uncover your strengths and build the tools you need to thrive. My hope is that, together, we create a path toward self-sufficiency and confidence, so you feel empowered in your own life. Serving children 14+ , Teens, and Adults via telehealth.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Jeffrey Gallup, MA, LPC-S, NCC, CFMHE. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in September 2025. I am a member of Chi Sigma Iota and the Texas Counseling Association. I have completed my practicum and internship at Children First Counseling Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, an experience that deeply shaped my passion for helping others. I have been privileged to support individuals at every stage of life, from children discovering their inner strength to adults overcoming deeply personal challenges. It has been a profound honor to walk beside clients through their most difficult transitions, especially those touched by trauma.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I truly believe that everyone possesses a deep inner resilience, and I am here to help you recognize and nurture that strength. It is a privilege for me to offer a warm, accepting space where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly, always honoring the trust and connection we build together. Counseling is a collaboration between client and therapist, and my goal is to equip you with the tools you need so you feel confident and prepared to navigate the rest of your journey independently.
