About My Clients
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and significant life changes. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and true self in a safe, non-judgmental space. To make self-care more accessible, I offer evening and late-night sessions. I look forward to meeting you and hearing about your journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) in Florida with an MSW from Walden University and a BSW from the University of South Florida. As a mother, aunt, friend, educator, and therapist, I strive to bring warmth, empathy, and honesty to our work together. Using a client-centered approach, I blend techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, transpersonal therapy, and other therapeutic approaches to foster meaningful growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are all human, individuals navigating the shared experience of life. Life offers us choices, and whether we view those choices as good or bad, each one shapes who we become. Everyone deserves access to mental and emotional well-being. Empathy, care, kindness, and a willingness to truly listen can profoundly impact our journeys. When we show up for one another with openness and respect, healing becomes possible.
