About My Clients
At The Dragonfly Path, we work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, stress, relationships, and life transitions. We proudly welcome neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients and people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We recognize that every person is unique and strive to connect each client with a therapist whose personality, experience, and approach feel like the right fit.
My Background and Approach
Our clinicians bring different personalities, experiences, and therapeutic styles, allowing us to match clients with an approach that fits their individual needs. Our team draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, ecotherapy, and positive psychology. Some clinicians offer a structured, skills-based approach, while others focus more on exploration, relationships, patterns, and personal insight. We work collaboratively with clients and recognize that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Whether you are looking for practical tools, a safe space to process, greater self-understanding, or support creating meaningful change, we strive to connect you with a clinician whose approach feels right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At The Dragonfly Path, we believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, respected, heard, and accepted for who they are. We are committed to providing affirming, inclusive care and welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, family structures, and life experiences, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. We value authenticity, compassion, individuality, and human connection, and believe therapy should be free from judgment. We recognize that each person's story is shaped by their unique experiences, relationships, culture, and community. Our clinicians strive to meet clients where they are rather than where others believe they should be. Above all, we believe people are capable of growth, healing, resilience, and meaningful change, and we are honored to support our clients as they discover their own path forward.
