I'm here for the single parent struggling for support as well as the person trying to cope and maintain with mental health problems or fighting an addiction. My Background and Approach
I provide evidenced based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Infant Mental Health (IMH), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-informed Care and Trauma-focused therapy. I am very knowledgeable regarding pharmacology with mental health as well as with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with substance abuse.

I want to provide a relationship-based, strength-based, supported treatment for my client. I am here to help you achieve your state of "normal".
