About My Clients
My clients are adults looking to address difficult symptoms, or having difficulty moving forward due to feeling stuck, struggling with self-esteem, a critical inner voice, weight issues, sadness, depression, anxiety and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in individual therapy with adults. I received my Masters in social work with a focus on health and mental health at Salem State University in Massachusetts. My main role is to help you understand and better manage your emotions and learn to quiet that critical inner voice. We'll work collaboratively to develop coping skills and reprocess traumatic past events. This will bring symptom relief, freeing you up to reach your goals and function at your desired level!
