About My Clients
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-doubt, or a sense of being “stuck” in life who are looking for meaningful, lasting change, not just quick fixes. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and identify practical, realistic steps forward at a pace that feels manageable. For those who are open to it, I also incorporate art-based approaches as a way to explore and process emotions.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed, collaborative therapy using approaches including art therapy, Accelerate Resolution Therapy (ART), CBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic mindfulness. My work is gentle and process-oriented as we focus on building safety, understanding patterns, and creating meaningful change over time rather than rushing or relying on temporary solutions. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling unsure where to begin, we can take it one step at a time. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace and begin to feel more grounded and clear while developing strategies that feel practical or aligned with your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I wouldn’t be a therapist today without facing my own psychological challenges and personal growth. I began therapy at 18, and it was a turning point where I learned to reclaim my power and find balance. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and make choices that support their well-being—and we don’t have to do it alone. Support from a therapist, friend, or trusted colleague can offer the encouragement we need for meaningful change. I’m dedicated to helping people heal, connect, express themselves, and gain inner peace through creative tools in therapy. I’ve learned how much I value supporting others in discovering their own happiness and being someone they can trust. As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself.
