My Background and Approach
I focus on the mind-body connection and helping you build systems that actually work for you. Think of our work as building a house you want to live in—one that feels supportive, sustainable, and truly your own. Sometimes that means reinforcing the foundation, rearranging a few rooms, or letting go of things that were never yours to carry in the first place. You can expect real talk, compassion, and a little humor along the way. I draw from evidence-based approaches—including DBT, ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, EFT, Person-Centered, and CAMS—to stay flexible and meet you where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your full self-messy parts, strenghts, questions, and all! I beleive it's important to help my clients understand the roots of thier needs and support them with making meaning of thier world. I do not beleive in bandaid solutions, I believe in working towards sustainability. I am sure you are tired of feeling like the other shoe is going to drop, what we work on in therapy should'nt feel that way too.
