My clients have included teenagers, adults, and older adults, but I love working with all ages! I assist clients as they work through difficult life transitions. I can also help you work through anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, grief, and loss.
My Background and Approach
Counseling can help you handle life obstacles in a healthy way. As a therapist and through personal experience, I understand that it can be scary, daunting, or overwhelming to start this journey. It can be easy to isolate yourself, to shove down the pain, or think you can’t be helped. No matter what your struggle is, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to get to know you for who you are and help you achieve wellness from within. As we work together, I aim to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered. I offer a thoughtful, sensitive, compassionate, and non-judgmental personality. I utilize a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based modalities.
