About My Clients
My practice caters to individuals aged 14 and above seeking support with grief and loss, relational issues, anxiety, depression, stress management and life transitions. My dedication lies in guiding individuals towards rediscovering their authentic selves and embracing their life's purpose even in the face of significant loss.
My Background and Approach
My treatment approach is integrative, incorporating elements from various established therapies. During our sessions, we may delve into the impact of your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes on your emotions and behaviors, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, we might focus on cultivating mindfulness, encouraging you to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment or reaction, a core practice in Mindfulness therapy. If you find yourself at a crossroads, we could explore existential themes, identifying sources of fulfillment, setting new goals, and seeking deeper meaning in your life through Existential Therapy. Ultimately, my aim is to foster a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic journey, integrating mindfulness and empathy to help you tap into your inherent wisdom and goodness, a fundamental aspect of Contemplative Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I consider it an honor to walk this path with you. Since you are the expert in your own grief, my aim is to deeply understand the various challenges that can arise along this unique journey. The only way out of the pain is through the pain, but often we don’t know how to do be with these strong feelings. I am here as a supportive companion, providing a safe space to attend to your grief and help you develop practices that keep you steady in times of distress.
