My Background and Approach
Welcome to your magic! Awaiting you is a beautifully unique approach that I have created and nurtured over the past 30 years that my clients love. It blends expressive and integrative therapies, fusing neuroscience with holistic and magical practices. I work with embodied ritual, animism, ecospiritual, and psychospiritual practices, often assisting in the healing from religious trauma and deconstruction. We start with tender expressive techniques that help you create a picture of your traveled lands, and then move into proven sensory interventions for trauma release, therapeutic art, journal therapy, sandtray therapy, ritual therapy, and ecotherapy. We emerge into the thriver landscape via transformational learning therapy that I am pioneering for my dissertation. You’ll find an elemental and nature based vibe here, along with the knowledge bestowed through my treasured certification as a Level 4 Earth Medicine Practitioner via the teachings from beloved mentor, Pixie Lighthorse.

Central to my practice and personal passion is uplifting women and children, guiding them towards their own sovereignty. I integrate traditional and ancient wisdom, respect for nature, and honor the sacred and mystical elements of life in my approach. I am passionate about the preservation and rejuvenation of our beautiful planet, participating actively in eco-spiritual initiatives. I value inclusivity, standing up, honoring all paths, backgrounds, and identities. In my personal time, I engage in practices of ancestral wisdom and Earth Medicine, believing these ancient paths offer profound insights for present and future healing. Through these pursuits, I aim to create ripples of change that extend from the individual to the collective and our beloved Earth. As an empath and intuitive, I devote energies to random acts of kindness and compassion generation.
