I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, preschool age through college. I offer psychoeducational evaluations for learning difficulties, gifted assessment, ADHD, Autsim Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety/Depression, and behavior concerns. In addition, I offer therapy for the above concerns, both in-office and via telehealth.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed School Psychologist working in the Tampa Bay area. I have experience with both the private practice and public school settings. This affords me a better understanding of the unique needs and requirements of special education in the schools. It also allows me to help parents and caregivers better navigate the IEP and 504 processes for their children. I have experience with evaluations, and making recommendations based on evaluation outcomes. My therapy sessions center on coping skills and are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide parent behavioral training for young children utilizing the PCIT protocol. I am an approved provider for Vocational Rehabilitation in Florida, the Florida Empowerment Scholarship, and Hillsborough County Schools Independent Educational Evaluations. I am a certified PEERs for Adolescents provider.
