About My Clients
Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy DBR Levels 1-3 and Martin Warner's Somatic Interweaves for DBR - I have extensive training and skills working trauma survivors, including early attachment trauma, DTD, PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociation, DID, anxiety, depression, as well as with narcissistic abuse survivors and adult children of narcissist or alcohol abuse ACON ACOA. I accommodate any religious background as well as atheist, agnostic, and non-religious clients.
My Background and Approach
I facilitate the client in the discovery of their own personal resolutions. My style of counseling is focused on self-exploration and increasing an individual's level of understanding surrounding their current life circumstances, and their own behaviors and reactions to those situations. I have a desire to understand each client, and utilize my therapeutic skills and knowledge of psychology and human behavior to facilitate growth.My philosophy is that a client is much more inclined to make possible their own solutions, if they are responsible for creating them.

I utilize DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy), Martin Warner's Somatic Interweaves for DBR therapy, EMDR, Ego State, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis and cognitive behavioral models, which look at the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Concepts from other theoretical perspectives are integrated as appropriate
