About My Clients
I specialize in working with couples that are experiencing general relationship issues such as, not feeling connected, communication issues, parenting, and conflict. I also help couples navigate sexual issues, infidelity, and when needed divorce. I help individuals that want to better their relationships, but their partner is not interested in attending therapy or they just want to focus on their own issues. I also help with anxiety and depression treatment.
My Background and Approach
I have primarily worked with couples or individuals with relationship issues over the past five years. I have worked with couples using a variety of methods because I believe that one method or approach does not work for all couples. I am Gottman Method trained and find their assessment process to be greatly beneficial in helping couples identify their strengths and areas that need improvement. From there we work collaboratively to develop goals and help the partnership engage in meaningful connection while practicing new behaviors.
