I am an insight-based marriage and family therapist with a background in wellness, history, and philosophy. I seek to help clients cultivate a deeper understanding of their own experiences as a pathway for meaningful growth. My specialty includes helping clients uncover and work through unconscious or difficult-to-express aspects of their experience. I help couples heal from infidelity and trust concerns. I assist parents in reaching their adolescents through understanding and compassion. I guide individuals struggling with depression to find the light again.
