My Background and Approach
I work from a collaborative approach and systemic perspective, aiding my clients in finding their strengths and making steps towards their goals with solution-focused therapy. I believe in providing multiculturally sound services for individual and family units. I am an empath with the ability to listen and attend to others authentically. Respect in the therapeutic environment is of the utmost importance and care with my clients.
