About My Clients
In essence, my clients seek deep transformation and release from conflict that keeps them from accessing their purpose and passions in life. I offer guidance, transformative tools, and compassionate support for achieving freedom from cyclical destructive behaviors and outworn ways of thinking and living, as the client realizes a strong new vision for themselves and their relationships with others.
My Background and Approach
My approach is focused on changing thought patterns by creating new thoughts that enable you to take action towards achieving your desired results. I work closely with you to address your needs and desires to facilitate change early on in the therapeutic process, while providing you with continued support, compassion, and accountability. I received my master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern within the state of Florida. In addition, I hold a bachelor of science degree from Pace University and am currently completing a graduate degree in public health at New York University. In addition, I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and schools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
By accepting new beliefs, embracing self acceptance, and saying yes to yourself, you will be able to choose what type of life you want to live. I help my clients gain an understanding of how their experiences impact their inner emotions and decisions, learn healthy ways to cope with their struggles, and feel more control over the direction of their lives. I am passionate about providing affordable therapy to wide range of individuals. I truly believe that mental health care should be seen as a necessity instead of a luxury.
